    Enjoy seasonal snacks, decadent desserts, and festive beverages while mingling with friends and neighbors. There will be holiday music, a hot chocolate bar, and plenty of treats to make your season bright!

    Dress Code: Festive holiday attire (optional but encouraged!)

  5. Spooky Neighbor's Night Out

    Event Starts: October 29, 2024

    It's that time of year again! For those new to the community, this is an annual event that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. All the homeowners and city officials gather to connect, fellowship, and have a good time. This will be the second time we have hosted this event, and we hope it's as amazing as it was last year!

    It will be held at the same location as the event we had last year. If you are unfamiliar with the location, look for the yellow-framed security gate, we’ll be on that street from 6-8pm.

    The food provided will be first come, first served. Meals are limited to two per household, while dessert is limited to one per household. Meal options include a tender basket and lemonade from Boardwalk Bites (@boardwalkbitesdfw) and a taco plate with your choice of protein and drink from El Tejano (@el_tejano_dallas). Dessert will be provided by Waffly Delicious (@wafflydelicious) to include Mini Pancakes with the toppings of your choice.

    You are welcome to purchase any additional food items at your expense!
