We are excited to announce that the Iron Horse Village pool facility will officially open on Saturday, June 7, 2025!

To ensure secure access to the new pool, each homeowner will be issued one (1) key card. Additional or replacement cards may be purchased for $25 each. We will schedule a second key card handout date TBD.

Key Card Pickup Event

We will be hosting an in-person key card distribution event on:

📅 Saturday, May 31, 2025, 10am-12pm
📍 New Pool Facility
🕙 Please bring valid photo ID to verify your address with Essex staff.

At the time of pickup, all homeowners will be required to sign a Release and Waiver Form for facility use.

Unable to Attend In-Person?

If you're unavailable on May 31, you may request your key card online through our community website. Please visit the following link to complete the waiver and submit your request:

Cards requested online will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail with tracking, and the postage cost will be applied to your account.

For Owners with Tenants

If you own a property that is tenant-occupied, you must request a key card on behalf of your tenant so they can access the facility.Questions or Concerns?
