Pool Opening

We’re excited to announce that the community pool will officially open tomorrow, Saturday, and will remain open Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM moving forward.
If you have not yet received your pool key card, the HOA will be hosting another in-person distribution event on Thursday, June 12th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This event is for residents who have already submitted the required online forms, as well as those who were unable to attend the previous handout.
Please note: If you have not completed the necessary documentation, you will need to do so before use of the amenity.
As the pool is unsupervised, we kindly ask that all residents review and follow the posted pool rules. An online copy will also be available for your convenience. All residents and their guests are expected to adhere to these rules while using the facility.
Important: In the event of any water contamination (e.g., vomit or fecal matter), it is critical to notify us immediately.
• After business hours, please contact the HOA emergency line at 888-740-2233.
• During business hours, call our main office at 972-428-2030.
• Per city health code, any such incident requires the pool to be temporarily closed and chemically treated. The pool must then remain closed for 12 to 24 hours to allow for proper filtration before it can safely reopen.
