Townhome Roof Repairs

As the managing agent for Iron Horse Village Homeowners Association, Inc., we would like to inform you that the townhome builder, DR Horton, will commence the roof repairs for the affected Townhome Units starting on February 6, 2024. The HOA will not incur costs for any of these repairs. There will be no need to access the interior of the units. This project will continue throughout the next couple of days.
